CG Clutch Lifter Plate · Clutch Push Plate
🔧 Clutch Lifter Plate · Clutch Push Plate · CG125/CG150 Engine · Clutch System Component
For CG125 · CG150 4-Stroke Engines · Clutch Release Mechanism
This is the CG Clutch Lifter Plate (Clutch Push Plate), a high-quality replacement for the clutch release system in CG125 and CG150 4-stroke engines. Specifically designed for CG series engines, this component is suitable for motorcycles, ATVs, and various other vehicles, making it the ideal choice for clutch repairs or performance restoration.
The clutch lifter plate (also known as clutch push plate) is a critical component of the clutch release mechanism, located between the release bearing and pressure plate. When the clutch cable is pulled, the lifter plate pushes the pressure plate to disengage the clutch, cutting power transmission. Manufactured from high-quality steel with precision machining and heat treatment, this component offers excellent wear resistance and fatigue strength, ensuring complete clutch disengagement and light operation.
✨ Core Functions: Transmit release force · Push pressure plate to disengage clutch · Ensure smooth shifting · Withstand release mechanism loads

💨 Common Symptoms
• Incomplete clutch disengagement — hard shifting or vehicle moves with clutch pulled
• Heavy clutch operation, requires significant force
• Clutch noise (metal grinding sound during disengagement)
• Insufficient release travel due to worn lifter plate
• Clutch still won't disengage even after cable adjustment
🔍 Possible Causes
• Wear or deformation from prolonged use
• Abnormal wear from damaged release bearing
• Increased wear due to poor lubrication
• Improper installation of lifter plate
• Material fatigue causing fracture
⚠️ Important Note: Worn or damaged clutch lifter plate can cause incomplete clutch disengagement, seriously affecting shifting operation and riding safety. If you experience the symptoms above, inspect and replace the lifter plate and related components promptly.
This clutch lifter plate fits vehicles equipped with CG125 and CG150 4-stroke engines, including but not limited to:
💡 Compatibility Note: This clutch lifter plate is suitable for CG125 and CG150 engines. During installation, it is recommended to inspect the release bearing and pressure plate for wear, and replace them if necessary.

🔧 Installation Guide
1. Remove the right engine cover to access the clutch assembly.
2. Remove the clutch pressure plate mounting bolts, then remove the pressure plate and springs.
3. Remove the clutch plates and steel plates to access the release mechanism.
4. Remove the old lifter plate and inspect the release bearing for wear.
5. Clean the lifter plate mounting area and inspect the pressure plate contact surface.
6. Install the new lifter plate, ensuring proper contact with the release bearing and pressure plate.
7. Reinstall the clutch plates, pressure plate, and springs, tightening mounting bolts to specified torque.
8. Adjust clutch cable free play to specification.
9. Reinstall the right engine cover and start the engine to test clutch function.
Important Note: Ensure proper alignment between the lifter plate, release bearing, and pressure plate during installation. It is recommended to replace the release bearing at the same time. Professional installation is strongly recommended.
