Capacitor discharge ignition (CDI module) or ignitor is used on very many gas scooters, ATVs, dirt bikes, and go karts with modern 4-stroke GY6/QMB139 or Honda-style engines.

This CDI module is commonly used on today's popular medium to large engine sizes of 50cc, 90cc, 125cc, and 150cc and has a 6 pin rounded connector as pictured.

⚡ Troubleshooting Tip: If you think your CDI is no good you will not be getting a pulse to coil to fire spark plug. If you have voltage in other areas and no spark your CDI very well might be no good. These do go out as well as coil and magnetos - these are main parts that create spark to run the scooter.
