⚠️ Never drop the fuel pump: Never drop the fuel pump, especially on a hard surface. Such a shock to the pump can cause damage.

⚡ Fuel Pump Wiring: Battery supplies power for fuel pump assembly via fuel pump relay, which connects the fuel pump circuit only with engine started.

🔧 Fuel Pressure Test
  1. Connect the fuel pressure gauge to the fuel outlet and tighten the joint with a clamp to prevent fuel leaks.
  2. Route according to the correct circuit.
  3. Turn both ignition switch and engine stop switch on.
  4. At this moment, the fuel pump will operate for 5 seconds. After the fuel pump stops running, fuel pressure should be in specification; otherwise, replace the fuel pump.

✅ Pressure Specification: After the fuel pump stops running, the holding pressure should be 0.25MPa for at least 5 minutes; otherwise, replace the fuel pump.
