This piston set includes a complete set of piston, piston pin, and circlips, making it an ideal choice for engine rebuilds or performance restoration. The piston is manufactured from high-silicon aluminum alloy, offering excellent thermal stability, wear resistance, and lightweight characteristics. The piston pin is precision-machined and surface-hardened for precise fit with the piston pin bore. The circlips ensure reliable axial positioning of the piston pin. 🔧 Installation Tip

1. Replacing the piston assembly requires removing the cylinder head and cylinder; professional installation is recommended.
2. Clean the piston, piston pin, and connecting rod small end thoroughly to remove oil and debris before installation.
3. Apply engine oil to the piston pin and connecting rod small end bore for pre-lubrication before installing the pin.
4. When installing circlips, ensure they are fully seated in the piston pin bore circlip grooves to prevent axial movement.
5. When installing piston rings, ensure proper ring gap orientation with gaps staggered according to specifications.
6. Apply oil to the piston and cylinder bore before installation; use a piston ring compressor when installing the piston.
7. After installation, manually rotate the crankshaft several times to check for binding.
8. New piston assembly requires a break-in period; avoid high RPM and heavy loads during initial operation.

⚠️ Important Notice: This is a C110 piston set, including piston, piston pin, and circlips. It is suitable for Mopeds, Cubs, ATVs, and vehicles using 139FMB, 147FMD, 147FMF, 150FMG engines.
Size Selection: For 70cc/90cc engines, select the 47mm piston (38mm pin length). For 110cc engines, select the 52.4mm piston (41.4mm pin length). Please verify your engine displacement and original specifications before purchase.
