CG Clutch Release Cam
🔧 Clutch Release Cam · Clutch Release Mechanism · Clutch Component · CG Series Specific
Excellent Replacement for Original Clutch Release Cam · Ensures Smooth Clutch Disengagement
This is the CG Clutch Release Cam — an excellent replacement for the motorcycle's original clutch release cam. This component is a critical part of the clutch release mechanism, converting the tension from the clutch cable into axial force that pushes the release bearing, enabling smooth clutch disengagement.
The clutch release cam is mounted on the clutch cover or engine case. When the rider pulls the clutch lever, the cable rotates the release cam, and the cam's profile pushes the release pushrod or release bearing, causing the clutch pressure plate to separate from the friction plates, cutting power transmission. This is the perfect replacement when the original release cam exhibits wear, deformation, or sticking, which can cause incomplete disengagement, difficult shifting, or jerky takeoff. Manufactured from high-quality materials with precision-machined cam profiles, this product ensures smooth and reliable clutch operation.
✨ Core Functions: Convert cable tension to axial force · Push release bearing · Disengage clutch · Ensure smooth shifting · Quality replacement
