🔧 Installation Guide

1. Remove the right engine cover to access the clutch assembly.
2. Remove the clutch pressure plate mounting bolts, then remove the pressure plate and springs.
3. Remove the old clutch plates and steel plates, and clean the clutch hub.
4. Remove the clutch outer cover retaining nut and remove the old cover.
5. Clean the mounting surface and inspect the release bearing for wear.
6. Install the new release bearing with a small amount of grease.
7. Install the new clutch outer cover and tighten the retaining nut to specified torque.
8. Install new steel plates and clutch plates alternately onto the clutch hub (soak new friction plates in engine oil for 10-15 minutes before installation).
9. Install new clutch springs and pressure plate, then tighten mounting bolts to specified torque.
10. Adjust clutch cable free play to specification, reinstall the right engine cover, and start the engine to test clutch function.
Important Note: Soak new friction plates in engine oil for 10-15 minutes before installation. Pay attention to the alternating order of steel plates and friction plates. Professional installation is strongly recommended.
