This product is a GY6 engine-specific air filter foam insert, designed for ZNen scooters. This filter is installed inside the air filter assembly to filter dust, sand, and other contaminants from the air entering the engine, protecting internal engine components from wear. Manufactured from high-quality polyurethane foam, it offers excellent filtration efficiency, breathability, and durability. It is washable and reusable, making it economical and environmentally friendly.

✅ Maintenance Tips:
• Inspect and clean the foam filter every 2,000-3,000 km.
• Use mild detergent and water to clean; gently squeeze to remove dirt.
• Do not use gasoline or strong solvents, as they may damage the foam.
• Air-dry naturally; avoid direct sunlight or high-temperature drying.
• Apply a small amount of filter oil to the foam after drying (if available) to enhance filtration.
• Replace the filter if it is damaged or severely deformed.

✅ Installation Tips:
1. Open the air filter housing and remove the old filter.
2. Clean the inside of the filter housing, ensuring no debris.
3. Install the new foam filter in the correct orientation into the housing.
4. Ensure the filter is properly sealed against the housing and the cover clips are securely fastened.
5. After installation, start the engine and check for intake noise.
