🔧 Installation Guide
1. Remove the right engine cover (vario cover).
2. Remove the external kick starter pedal.
3. Remove the old kick starter spindle assembly from the inside of the cover, noting the spring orientation.
4. Clean the cover and spindle mounting area, and inspect for wear.
5. Apply a small amount of engine oil to the new spindle and spring for lubrication.
6. Install the return spring onto the spindle in the correct orientation.
7. Install the spindle assembly into the cover, ensuring proper positioning.
8. Install the external kick starter pedal and check that the spindle returns properly.
9. Reinstall the right engine cover and test the kick start function.
